Saturday - February 21 2015

The day was okay for the most part. I took a bath to relax, watched the final basketball game before the playoffs for my school's team, and one of my friends are sleeping over, well, a friend who is more of my sister's friend.

Then, well I was at the game, my youngest sister who is 13, kept reaching over me and slapping me to get my other sister's attention; she was sitting next to me. I grabbed the younger sister's arm and told her to stop. She said she was going to tell; I told her I didn't care.

Fast-forward, we're at home and I catch her with either a stolen iPhone or iPod touch; I've known she has had some sort of device to get onto social media even though she isn't allowed. I went to tell my mother's boyfriend, but she denied having anything, naturally. But, to make matters worse, my other sister denied ever seeing the device which she had just been on next to her less than 2 minutes ago!

After about 10 minutes of arguing, her constantly saying she didn't have anything, she decided to bring up my grabbing of her arm. She said that I had grabbed her and twisted her arm, leaving a mark. She also told my mother's boyfriend that my other sister was witness. I spent the next twenty minutes, just outside of the room where my friend was, getting screamed at and threatened because she is a minor and I'm 18. Said youngest sister was laughing the whole time, but my mother's boyfriend couldn't hear her.

I'm not looking for pity, and on the opposite side of the spectrum, I am aware that I enacted on my feelings in a negative fashion, but I cannot stand being in such a position because of a little girl's lies and embellishments. I was embarrassed in front of my friend, mocked by my youngest sister's laughter, and threatened the loss of my future because of this incident.

What should I do?
